Download the App

Search for Linked Assist on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and download the app.



Login with the username and password provided in your email when you sign up with your Merchant Processor.


Tap Assist

Tap the assist button and get connected to your Merchant Processor's technical support team.

Linked Assist is a mobile app that connects you with technical support quickly and allows tech support to troubleshoot your credit card machine efficiently with the use of voice, video, and drawing features.

Linked Assist can be downloaded on your iPhone, Ipad,  Android Phone, or Android Tablet as long as their is a back camera.

Submit a contact form and provide your merchant processor name and we will get back to you or contact your merchant processor through the number on your merchant statement to inquire. 

If your merchant processor is a partner, download the app and log in using the username and password provided.  Then you're all set!

If your merchant processor is not a partner, contact them and let them know you would like to have the next level of technical support using Linked Assist.

In addition to connecting with technical support, you can request supplies like paper rolls and accessories from your merchant processor.  You can also request a product upgrade and make general customer service related inquiries.
